Why does the price go up?
Each price has a limited number of spots. When they fill up, the next price applies automatically and those spots never reopen. Launch prices are available for a limited time (the countdown on this page shows exactly when they end); after that, Kapek Pro is $399 MXN per month. Whatever price you get stays locked while your subscription is active.
What if a payment fails?
You get 7 days of grace to update your card. You keep Pro and your locked price during those days.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, once per customer, for up to 60 days. There are no charges and no Pro during the pause, and your locked price comes back when it ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for. If you come back later, you pay the price in effect at that time.
How does the 90-day pass work?
One payment of $999 MXN gives you 90 days of Kapek Pro, about $333 per month. It doesn't renew automatically, and it also takes one spot.
How many live-call minutes are included?
60 live-call minutes each month, renewed on the 1st. Written practice and recorded voice answers are unlimited. If you need more live time, add 60 minutes for $129 MXN; extra minutes don't expire while Pro is active.
Do I need Pro for my profile and my AI agent?
No. Your public profile, your AI agent, meeting scheduling, CV tools, job alerts and application tracker come with every free candidate account. Pro adds interview practice and premium insights.
How do I pay?
With a debit or credit card through a secure checkout. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).
